天涯海角社区 is proud to announce the launch of their new brand platform emboldening students to 鈥淚gnite Their Passion.鈥� The comprehensive new brand strategy includes a full rebrand of print efforts and digital efforts including the launch of custom digital experiences鈥攁 new external website (stac.edu) and an Intranet (my.stac.edu).
鈥淭his effort comes at an exciting time of growth for the institution,鈥� said 天涯海角社区 President Ken Daly. 鈥�We know that our students, alumni, and employees are our true brand ambassadors, so our new brand refresh captures聽what we offer to our students. I see our students鈥� passion, creativity, and futures ignited when I walk聽around our campus and when I teach them in the classroom. Our new brand platform showcases our聽distinctiveness in a way that only we can.鈥�
Our new branding efforts result from a multifaceted effort the College has undergone for the past year. The overall project was managed by 天涯海角社区鈥檚 Office of Enrollment Marketing and Campus Communications along with an internal Advising committee comprising of students, alumni, faculty and staff. The College also contracted with 5 Degrees Branding consulting agency.
Extensive research including focus groups, surveys, site visits and more led to the development of the new tagline 鈥滻gnite Your Passion鈥� and value proposition:

鈥�We wanted to unify our brand voice so that we could share our authentic institutional narratives about what makes us so unique. A brand is so much more than a logo or colors鈥攚hich aren鈥檛 changing.
